OSX 10.5.2 WiFi bugs.

Sinds the latest MacOS update (10.5.2) my wifi performance collapsed.
After some googling I found this article: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=6700566&tstart=0
In short, there is a work around: “sudo sysctl -w net.inet.tcp.delayed_ack=0″

  1. Thanks, that definitely fixed it for me. The speed went from 39kb to 2 mb instantly when I ran the command manually. (I know you didn’t write it but it just happens that I didn’t find the original page when I first googled for the problem.

I have a MBPro, first-gen 2.0 Ghz and a USR 8054 router and everything is working fine now :-)
